A Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) provides the range of value for recently sold homes, similar to yours, in your area. Key information for determining the list price and marketing strategy.

A pre-listing home inspection is an in-depth report covering the condition of each and every aspect of your home. It gives you the opportunity to correct possible issues that could impact your sale. It also provides buyers due diligence, mitigating their risk, and encouraging firm offers.

The Status Certificate (for condo sellers only), provides detailed financial information about your unit and the corporation, the building's rules, special assessments (pending or existing). It provides buyers due diligence and an opportunity to make firm offers.
